Green Peas Soup (Shorba)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, chopped garlic, cut green chilli, chopped coriander stems.
* Step 2
Sauté for a minute. Add green peas, mix and sauté for a minute.
* Step 3
Add salt mix and add one and half cup of water.cook on medium flame for 7/8 minutes.
* Step 4
Remove the peas mixture in a bowl and cool it.
* Step 5
Take the mixture in a blender and blend it till smooth.
* Step 6
Pour blended mixture in a pan and heat it.
* Step 7
Add one and half cup of water and give the mixture a good boil. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
* Step 8
Switch of the flame, add fresh cream and stir. Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
* Step 9
Serve hot in a bowl. Garnish with fresh cream, black pepper and few coriander leaves.
