Broccoli & Shimeji with Garlic & Oyster Sauce

Broccoli & Shimeji with Garlic & Oyster Sauce

Steam-frying in a frying pan is the easiest method to cook Broccoli. I have shared some recipes on this website. Today I added Shimeji, but other Asian Mushrooms can be used. If you haven’t tried this super easy frying pan method, you should try it once. You will love it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Drizzle Sesame Oil over a frying pan, scatter Garlic, and arrange Broccoli pieces. Cut off the bottom of Shimeji, tear into smaller pieces, and arrange them on top of the Broccoli.

* Step 2

Sprinkle with Water, Salt and some Chilli Flakes. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.

* Step 3

While Broccoli is cooking, mix Oyster Sauce and Sake (Rice Wine) in a small bowl.

* Step 4

When the water in the pan is evaporated, remove the lid, pour the sauce over, and stir to combine.
