‘Yukari’ Daikon
‘Yukari (ゆかり)’ is a Furikake (Rice Seasoning) made from Red Shiso Leaves. It can be used as a seasoning for a variety of dishes. This is one of them and it is super easy. Just mix Daikon (White Radish) and ‘Yukari’. You can add other vegetables such as Cucumber, Carrot, Lettuce, Onion, or etc.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix sliced Daikon and ‘Yukari’ to combine, then set aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
*Note: Do not add Salt, as it would be too salty.
