Matcha Crumble

This is a great topping for Ice-cream or Creamy Dessert. You can actually mix it with Ice-cream. Matcha’s bitterness goes so well with Vanilla and White Chocolate flavours. You can mix in some chopped nuts. You can use it for cupcakes as topping. I wonder what else you would use this delicious crunchy crumble.

Ingredient

1-2 teaspoons

Matcha Powder

2 tablespoons

Caster Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 160℃. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

* Step 2

Place softened Butter in a bowl, add Sugar, sift in Matcha Powder, and mix well. Add Flour and mix to form crumble.

* Step 3

Scatter the crumble on the prepared tray and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely and crumble as required.
