Pickled Ginger, Tomato & Radish ‘Sunomono’
Pickled Ginger, that is sometimes called ‘Sushi Ginger’, is totally underrated, in my opinion. I love fresh Ginger and I love the sweet and sour Pickled Ginger, too. It can be used for salad, stir-fry, sauces, and many more. This is an elegant flavoured ‘Sunomono’ (‘Vinegared Dish’ in Japanese) and it is super easy to make using Pickled Ginger.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice Tomato into the size that is easy to eat. Thinly slice Radishes.
* Step 2
Combine Tomato, Radish, Pickled Ginger and its Marinade. Sprinkle with Toasted Sesame Seeds on top.
