‘Azuki’ & Milk Icy Poles
In Melbourne where I live, you can enjoy all sort of delicious icy desserts, but you can’t find this. I loved this dessert when I was a child and I still love it. It is so easy to make if you have icy pole moulds. If you don’t have the moulds, use whatever small containers. I used ZOKU Quick Pop Maker, a gift from my sister in law, but each mould has a capacity of only 50ml. Please alter the amount of ingredients to suit your mould’s capacity.
Ingredient
Food ration :
2 Icy Poles
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place Milk and Condensed Milk in a cup or container with a lip, that will help to pour the mixture into the moulds. Stir to combine.
* Step 2
Add ‘Azuki’ paste and mix well. Pour the mixture into the moulds evenly, and freeze until frozen.
* Step 3
*Note: Depending on the sweetness of the ‘Azuki’ paste that you use, you can add more/less Milk, Condensed Milk and ‘Azuki’ paste.
