Butter Soy Scallops & Spinach

Super quick and easy and delicious and nutritious! Great with freshly cooked rice or pasta. Using the ready-to-serve Baby Spinach, this dish can be prepared so quickly.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
300 g

Scallops

20-30 g

Butter

1-2 tablespoons

Soy Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash Spinach well and cut about 3cm, OR you can use the ready-to-serve Baby Spinach. Large scallops can be sliced in half.

* Step 2

Heat Butter in a frying pan and cook Garlic and Scallops until golden on both sides, then add Spinach.

* Step 3

When Spinach is cooked, add Soy Sauce. Serve with freshly cooked hot rice or mix with freshly cooked pasta.

* Step 4

*Tip: You can add some Chilli as well if you like it spicy.
