Ham Potatoe Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine potatoes, water, ham, celery, and onion in a stockpot. Stir in chicken bouillon, pepper, and salt.
Add just enough water to cover everything.
Bring to a boil; simmer over medium heat until potatoes are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add flour and stir until a thick consistency is formed, about a minute. Then, gradually add in milk while continuously stirring until the mixture becomes thick, around 4 to 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Pour milk mixture into the stockpot; cook and stir until warmed through.
