Potted cheese
This is a really easy way to use up the odds and ends of cheese you might have after Christmas, or after a weekend of visitors. Pretty much any cheeses can be used and the final result is good with crackers, or can be spread on toast and popped under the grill for a really tasty Welsh rarebit.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate the cheeses, and mix well together in a bowl with a good tablespoon of chutney and some Worcester sauce to taste. If the mixture won’t bind, ad a little softened butter. Pack into a dish and refrigerate until needed.
