Mel’s Banana Pancakes

The New Year is fast approaching and we usually makes a resolution about giving life the best shot and by doing so, we exercise and we eat healthily.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

20 minutes
1 tbsp

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash the bananas, add the oil, flour and the baking powder. Mix thoroughly.

* Step 2

Preheat non stick frying pan, the add tbsps of pancake mixture. Leave spaces in between.

* Step 3

Cover pan while cooking and be careful while flipping it over.

* Step 4

Enjoy with any fruits and syrup or just with a dollop of peanut butter. Xx
