Vegan veggie bulgogi

When you just dont have time to cook something time consuming

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

coconut oil

1/4 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry veggies till almost soft in coconut oil

* Step 2

Add garlic, salt and bulgogi and fry a little more

* Step 3

Add water and turn off heat but keep on stove to thicken

* Step 4

Serve with cous cous or rice and sesame seeds
