Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 175 deg celcius

* Step 2

Boil veggies till just done

Fry onion till soft

* Step 4

Add all spices and fry till they release their amazing aroma

* Step 5

Add veggies to spice mix (you can add a knob of veggie butter here too)

* Step 6

Cut phyllo into strips (I used 2 sheets)

* Step 7

Add your filling and then do your best to fold them (dont over fill)

* Step 8

Brush some oil over them and pop into oven for about 10mins

* Step 9

Enjoy!
