Amazing pork tigania with multi-colored peppers

This recipe for pork tigania (pan-fried pork) results in a dish with very tender meat and a unique sauce!I dedicate this recipe to my beloved Christina and Dimitra!!!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place a little olive oil in a pot to heat  and then add the meat. You want it to brown on both sides.

* Step 2

As soon as it browns add the orange juice. Then add the onion, finely chopped, the peppers and the garlic.

* Step 3

As soon as the onions and peppers are tender add the grated tomato, a little salt, a little oregano and water, as much as is needed to cover the meat.

* Step 4

Cook over moderate heat until the meat is tender and is left wih just its sauce.

* Step 5

Serve with rice and fried potatoes!!!
