Easy and fast raisin bread

Very easy to make, very hard to fail! This raisin bread is something between a sweet bread and a raisin cake!

Ingredient

2 cups

water

1/2 cup

corn oil

2 cups

sugar

1 tsp

cinnamon

1 tsp

cloves

1 tsp

nutmeg

1 pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the raisins in the 2 cups of water for 15'.

* Step 2

Remove from heat and add the cold water and the corn oil.

* Step 3

Mix all the solid ingredients well.

* Step 4

Add the mixture with the raisins.

* Step 5

Brush a bakig tray 35x25 cm with butter and coat it with flour. Pour in the mixture.

* Step 6

Bake at 175°C (in a preheated oven) for about an hour. Pierce with a toothpick to see if it is ready, it should come out dry when it is done.
