Fresh fruit jelly

A refreshing dessert with jelly and finely chopped fruits in season.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions, place it in a mold and then in the fridge until it starts to set.

* Step 2

Finely chop the fruits and add them to the jelly without mixing.

* Step 3

Place it back into the fridge until it sets completely.

* Step 4

Remove from the mold by dipping it in piping hot water for a few seconds.

* Step 5

Turn upside down onto a platter and serve.
