Crunchy zucchinis as if fried

I thought of this recipe while I was on a diet. It is an alternative suggestion instead of fried zucchinis, and believe me, they are equally delicious. Easy, quick, delicious and healthy!

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the zuchinnis, cut off the ends and cut into slices, about 5 mm thick.

* Step 2

Season with salt and pepper and coat each one in flour.

* Step 3

Place them like dominoes in a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and pour a little olive oil over them, about 1/4 cup.

* Step 4

Bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.
