Super diet ice cream with just one ingredient
Very easy to make, with 0% fats, ideal for those who are on a diet but can't live without ice cream during the summer!! With no eggs, no heavy cream, not even any sugar!
Ingredient

2-3 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
* Step 2
Place them in a container and then in the freezer for about 4 hours.
* Step 3
When they have frozen quite a bit (they are hard to the touch but not rock hard) remove them from the freezer and blend them in a food processor.
* Step 4
If you are not patient enough to wait for them to blend smoothly, add a little cold water or milk to make the process faster.
* Step 5
And there you go!! Who would have thought that just some ripe bananas are enough to make an amazing banana ice cream? Enjoy your ice cream without any guilt, as if you were consuming fruits!
