Fried kalamarakia

Kalamarakia (calamari) is a very traditional Greek dish, especially popular during the summer.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash, strain the calamari in a strainer and add the baking soda. Mix and set them aside for 15'-20'. Then rinse and strain them once more.

Heat the frying pan, add the oil and let it heat well.
