Fried kalamarakia
Kalamarakia (calamari) is a very traditional Greek dish, especially popular during the summer.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, strain the calamari in a strainer and add the baking soda. Mix and set them aside for 15'-20'. Then rinse and strain them once more.
* Step 2
Heat the frying pan, add the oil and let it heat well.
* Step 3
Coat the calamari in flour
* Step 4
And fry them over strong heat until golden brown.
* Step 5
Finally, place them on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
