Easy apple cinnamon jam
A very easy apple jam, full of flavor and aroma.
Ingredient

1 large jar
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the apples into small pieces and have them boil with the water over low heat.
* Step 2
Add the sugar and the cinnamon sticks and continue boiling with the lid on.
* Step 3
Stir from time to time and when the apple pieces are tender, if you like, mash them with the potato masher.
* Step 4
When the syrup sets and 5 minutes before you turn off the heat, add the lemon juice.
* Step 5
Store in sterilized jars and turn them upside down to seal.
