Avgolemono with tomato paste

This is not a recipe but it is worth trying making avgolemono (egg-lemon sauce) like this at least once!!

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Before you make the avgolemono, add the tomato paste dissolved in 1/4 cup water in your food and let it boil for about 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Then beat the egg whites to foam, add the yolks and then the lemon juice and gradually, little by little, ALL the stock from your food (we are not talking about soups).

* Step 3

Add it to the pot until the first bubble starts forming and then remove from heat.
