Easy cake with biscuits

A dessert that is extremely tasty and very easy to make... every time my mom makes it I finish it by myself!!!!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Break the biscuits into uneven pieces (each biscuit in about three parts) and place them in a baking tray.

* Step 2

Boil the milk with the corn startch and add the margarine, the sugar and 3-4 pieces of the 5 (usually) pieces of couverture chocolate (keep the rest to garnish later on). It thickens abruptly, you don't want the custard to be too thick!!

* Step 3

Pour the piping hot custard over the biscuits and let the mixture cool.

* Step 4

Beat the whipped cream in a bowl adding the sweetened condensed milk little by little.

* Step 5

When the dessert cools spread the whipped cream on top.

* Step 6

Finally, grate the remaining couverture chocolate on top. Place the dessert in the fridge so that it sets better.
