Olive paste

A tasty appetizer that can be served on toasted bread.

Ingredient

300 g

olives

3 tbsp

olive oil

1 tbsp

vinegar

5 cloves

garlic

1 tbsp

caper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and half the olives to remove the pits.

* Step 2

Blend the olives well in a blender (if you like the garlic too) together with the olive oil, the oregano and the vinegar. Blend until you have a smooth paste with the ingredients evenly distributed.
