Lentils and rice
Yummy! A clever way to have your little ones eat lentils which they hate but also a rich source of iron and calcium!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring the water to the boil, add the lentils with the leaf celery, the carrot, the garlic and simmer for 10'.
* Step 2
Add the rice, the bay leaves, the onion and season with salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Turn down the heat and let it until all the liquids start to be absorbed. Add the oil and continue boiling over low heat until it thickens.
