Potatoes in the oven with mushrooms

One day that I didn't feel like having meat, I prepared these potatoes with whatever ingredients were at hand. They came out very tasty. The caramelized onion was especially amazing. I will surely make them again.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them in half round slices of about 1 cm thick. Place them in the baking tray and dry them off with a tea towel so that they don't have any water.

* Step 2

Chop the mushrooms, pepper and onion into slices and add them to the baking tray.

* Step 3

Add the garlic, the juice, the oregano, the parsley, the salt, the pepper and the oil and toss the potatoes well.

* Step 4

Bake at 180° until they are tender and start to get golden brown.

* Step 5

Sprinkle with the grated cheese and leave in the oven until it melts.
