Orange marmalade by my mother

The easiest orange marmalade that you have ever seen!!!

Ingredient

1/2 tsp

vanilla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the oranges and lemons. Cut into pieces without peeling them and place them in a bowl. Cover with water and place the bowl covered in the fridge for 48 hours.

* Step 2

When the 48 hours have passed, blend them in the blender (removing pips if there are any) and measure one cup sugar for each cup pulp.

* Step 3

Boil over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, add the vanilla and store into jars (when you open a jar, preserve it in the fridge).
