Make peinirli

This is an easy way to "fold" peinirli. The dough is from the recipe "Delicious mini peinirlis".

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take the dough that you have already set aside to rise!

Roll out the dough and give it an oval shape. Then, using your hands shape it like a boat!

Take both edges and stretch the dough slightly, then shape the edges as shown in the picture (like little ears).

Then, add the sauce and the ingredients of your liking.

The ingredients should be laid out lengthwise. Moreover, don't fill to the brim in order to be able to fold it more easily.

Take the "ears" and fold inwards (see photo).

Then, lift the sides inwards, slightly folding the peinirli. Press the edges with your hand so that they stick to the rest of the dough. When you have the desired shape place in the oven.
