Express filo pastry for pies
A very easy and fast to make filo!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fill the cup up to 3/4 with water and top with the oil.
* Step 2
Empty it in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients except the flour.
* Step 3
Mix lightly and add flour until you get a soft dough.
* Step 4
Leave it to rest for 1/2 an hour and divide into two parts.
* Step 5
Roll out one piece into a filo sheet, spread it in the baking tray that you have already oiled, add the filling and top with the second filo sheet.
