Kritsinia with tahini

Sesame-covered bread sticks

Ingredient

1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 cup

honey

500 g

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead the ingredients (except the sesame seeds) until you have a pliable dough and leave it for an hour to rise.

* Step 2

Form sticks, as thin as a pencil.

* Step 3

Pour a little bit of water into a plate and the sesame seeds in another. Dip the sticks first in the water and then roll them in the sesame seeds and place in an oiled baking tray.

* Step 4

Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
