Traditional baby goat in a clay pot

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the meat in the clay pot and salt and pepper it very well. Using the tip of the knife make holes in the meat and put the garlic in them. Pour the olive oil and the lemon juice over the meat, cover it and leave for a couple of hours.
* Step 2
Bake at 170°C for about 2 hours, remove the lid and continue baking until it is golden brown (about 20 minutes).
