Grandma's baby goat in the oven

This is how my grandma cooks baby goat at Easter when we don't have the space for the traditional roast on a spit.

Ingredient

Food ration :

10 big portions
4 cloves

garlic

5-6 sprigs

rosemary

1-2 tbsp

mustard

1 tbsp

tahini

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the baby goat into serving pieces (0.25 kg).

* Step 2

Wash them thoroughly.

* Step 3

Salt and pepper it in a tray.

* Step 4

Finely chop the garlic.

* Step 5

Mix the tahini, mustard, the lemon juice with as much oil is needed to make a thin sause.

* Step 6

Mix the baby goat with the sauce.

* Step 7

Add the pepper grains and the rosemary.

* Step 8

Let it marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

* Step 9

Place the baby goat into an oven bag and put it in the oven.

* Step 10

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 2 - 1/2 hours.

* Step 11

Slit the bag in a few places and leave the baby goat in the oven for an additional 1/2 hour.

* Step 12

Serve hot with a nice atzem pilaf.
