Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a wide pot with oil covering the bottom, sauté the onion with the leek until they are tender.

* Step 2

Add the peppers.

* Step 3

Continue by adding the pork and turn until it gets brown on all sides.

* Step 4

Slowly add the cabbage to the pot (if it doesn't take it all, put as much as it does, close the lid and wait a while. The steam will make it tended and reduce its volume and then you can add the rest).

* Step 5

Salt according to taste and leave on medium to low heat to cook until only the oil remains.
