Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop all the vegetables

* Step 2

Blanch all except mushrooms

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan.Saute onion along with greens

* Step 4

Add all the vegetables and mix well

Add mushrooms and tofu. Stir again.

* Step 6

Add salt, black pepper and chilli flakes. Mix lemon juice and serve hot.
