Mini Pig Shamrock Treats

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

* Step 2

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly

* Step 3

If your dough is dry add some additional olive oil or egg

* Step 4

Lay parchment paper on top of baking sheet

* Step 5

Take about 1/4 of a cup of dough and flatten on your parchment paper on top of a baking sheet

* Step 6

Lay shamrock outline on top of the dough and take a knife or spoon and trace out your shamrock. Repeat until you've used all the dough

* Step 7

Bake for 30 minutes or until ends are slightly browned

* Step 8

Optional: add coconut oil as frosting
