Orange Juice Pork Chops
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
in large skillet over medium heat, brown chops in butter. in a small bowel combine citrus juice with brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, salt and mustard. pour over chops.
* Step 2
cover and simmer over over low heat for approximately 20 minutes. check internal temp. remove choose to a serving platter. reduce the liquid that remains in the skillet to about half. pour over pork chops and serve
