Ham and Rice Casseroleauc

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt butter in frying pan; cook onion & green pepper until tender. Add ham and brown lightly.

* Step 2

Remove from heat and stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

* Step 3

Place cooked rice in buttered 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Top with drained tomatoes and ham mixture. Cover with a layer of creamed corn.

* Step 4

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 35 minutes.

* Step 5

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
