Wholewheat pasta with sun- dried tomatoes, courgette and chorizo
I like the nutty taste of wholewheat pasta and it holds up well with the strong flavours of sun-dried tomatoes and chorizo and the softer texture of courgette.
A quick dinner with very little preparation needed.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare to main ingredients
* Step 2
Heat the olive oil and cook the courgettes until browned on both sides
* Step 3
Add sun-dried tomatoes and chorizo, and cook for 3-4 minutes. In a separate pan, cook the pasta.
* Step 4
Add pesto, chilli (optional) and a small amount of water (20-30ml) from the cooking pasta. Lower the temperature and simmer gently for 3-4 mins then remove from heat and stir in the creme fraiche or sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
* Step 5
Drain pasta when cooked and add to the sauce mix.
