Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat together the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, gluten free flour and baking powder
Wrap in clingfilm and chill in the freezer for 20 minutes
* Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 oC
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
* Step 3
Roll the cookie dough into 1” diameter balls
Roll in the icing sugar and place on the baking sheet
Flatten
Bake for 12 minutes
