Gyudon
Gyudon is Japanese simmered beef with rice bowl. It’s so good and easy to make. This is my version, give it a try!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add some vegetable cooking oil in medium heat pan, add garlic, stir well. Add beef and onions, quick stir.
* Step 2
Add all the sauces (sauces no.3-6) in and a bit of water. Let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes or until the beef and onions cooked. Add ground black pepper.
* Step 3
Add an egg in and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve with rice, top with spring onions and pickled radish or cheese or kimchi.
