Yummy Easter cookies to enjoy for The Easter Weekend Holiday.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beaten soft butter and sugar for a few min until the mixture combine. Beaten the egg and add half of egg at the time and mix well.

* Step 2

Add some flour in and combine well, add vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. You can add more flour if the mixture become too wet. Form them into ball and cling film it. Put in the fridge to set for about 20 - 30 min.

* Step 3

Once the dough set, dust the surface with flour and use rolling pin roll your dough out thinly (about 0.5cm) use some Easter shape cutters cut your dough and place on the baking tray. Bake on 180c for 10-12 minutes.

* Step 4

Mixing your icing sugar with lemon juice, add a little bit at the time. Once become runny paste, separate them into different bowl and add food colouring in. You can them transfer them into pipping bags or small freeze bag and cut the end off.
