Roasted fish with leek, ginger and chilli 🐠 🌶

Roasted plaice with leek, ginger and chilli in oyster sauce is another perfect dish to celebrate Chinese New Year or even Valentine’s day meal ❤️.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix flour, lemon zest, salt and pepper on a plate. Place the fish on the plate and lightly coated the fish.

* Step 2

Light spray some olive oil on the baking tray,place your fish the baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 on 190c.

* Step 3

In the mean time, add vegetable cooking oil in the pan or wok, add garlic and quick stir. Add leek and ginger the. Seasoning with oyster sauce, fishsauce, soysauce and sugar. Add chilli and a little bit of water if sauce become too thick.

* Step 4

Plate up your fish then top with leek and ginger sauce.
