Salaboa- ซาลาเปา Thai style chinese bun 🥢🧧⛩
This is a really popular dimsum type for Thai-chinese people. We have it for breakfast, lunch and snack!! Delicious soft and sweet bun with tasty and juicy pork or chicken minced in the middle . Easy to make at home you can make in a big batch and freeze them as well perfect for Chinese New Year celebration 🎉

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
1. Pound garlic, coriander roots and ground pepper in the pestle and mortar until it become paste.
* Step 2
2. Add the mixture above in a big mixing bowl, add minced pork, all the seasoning in and mix well.
* Step 3
3. Roll out your buabun dough into circle about 10cm add about 1 big tbsp of pork stuffing in the middle, add a wedge of egg and start to fold and close the top. Repeat until finished.
* Step 4
4. Put each bun on a piece paper, steam them for 20-25 min in a bamboo steamer
