Chinese five spiced chicken noodles

Chinese Five spiced chicken drumsticks with rice noodle is a must to try🍜!! ก๊วยเตี๊ยวน่องไก่ 🥰

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate chicken drumsticks with Chinese five spice, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ground pepper for 2 hours.

* Step 2

Add 1 litre of chicken stock or vegetable stock in a big saucepan amd bring it up to boil. Add chicken drumsticks and the rest of the marinate sauce. Leave it to cook for 30-40 min. Seasoning woth soysauce and fishsauce if prefer. Keep spoon off the froth on the top surface of the soup.

* Step 3

Once chicken soup nearly done add boiled egg in the soup, then blanched your rice noodles in boiling water for 2-3 min then take it out. Blanched some beansprounts and kale for a mim. Serve them by lay the noodles, beansprounts and kale in a deep bowl, then add chicken half of boiled egg and soup in the bowl.

* Step 4

Sprinkle some crispy garlic, chilli flakes and ground white pepper before serve! This is my comfort bowl of deliciousness 😘
