Homemade tabasco tomato soup
Happiness is...homemade soup. Here is my homemade tomato soup 🍅. I have mine with chia corn cake and a splash of tabasco 🌶

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pan fry onions with vegetable cooking oil on the pan until soft
* Step 2
In a medium size saucepan, transfer cooked onions, add tomato passata or tin of tomato and veggies stock cube. Mix well and add little bit of water if needed to lose up the soup.
* Step 3
Use hand blender blend onion in the soup and any lumpy bits. Add half of Crème fraîche into the saucepan and stir well. Add some tabasco in the soup and stir well. Turn the heat off.
* Step 4
Serve with Crème fraîche on top, I love having this soup with rice cake, corn cake or you can have it with bread and butter. A little splash of tabasco on top for an extra kick 🌶
