Asian style pasta soup
“All you really need is soup.” Here is my homemade nice and easy pasta soup with minced chicken and veggies soup. Soup is the song of the hearth... and the home. We have a bit of cold going on in our house at the moment so I think soup is a good meal to have.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put veggies or chicken stock or water in the saucepan bring up to boil. Add Mooli or chinese radish or English turnip in. Add onion in. Leave it for 10 min
* Step 2
Add pasta in and stir well occasionally for another 5-8 min. Seasoning with soy sauce, fish sauce and a pinch of sugar
* Step 3
Add some pork mince or chicken mince in and break it up a little. Leave it to cook about 5 min.
* Step 4
Garnish it with spring onions and coriander. Sprinkle a bit of pepper before served. Enjoy
