Tofu chips with plum sauce
Super healthy vegan style chips! I use some leftover tofu seasoning with some spices and and breadcrumbs, roasted until golden crisp. Serve with sweet plum sauce to enhance the flavour! Yum 😋
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Spray some oil on baking tray
* Step 2
Cut up tofu to big match stick size. Seasoning them with seasoning ingredients. Then roast in the oven medium heat (gas mark 6)
* Step 3
Bake for about 20-25 min but take the tray out and turn them over about halfway there to get the crisp all around the tofu
* Step 4
You can cut them into cubes and use it for tofu croutons too.
* Step 5
Enjoy them with sweet plum sauce
