Koo Mixed Veg Curried Pies
Try out these curried veg pies using the KOO mixed veg in Durban curry sauce, it's absolutely delicious 😋 👌

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180°c. Steam the potatoes until slightly soft.
* Step 2
Heat oil on med heat in a saucepan and fry the onions till soft. Add the masala, dhanya and jeera powder,garlic and ginger, stir then add the cooked potatoes.
* Step 3
Add the can of mixed veg and the salt, mix through and turn on low heat for 10mins. Take it off heat and allow to cool.
* Step 4
Roll out the pastries on a floured surface and cut out 6 rounds using a saucer on each pastry roll.Spoon the curry filling in the centre of the circles and fold over. Seal the edges with a fork.Place the pies on greased trays, brush with milk and bake for 30/40 mins or till golden brown.MAKES 12 PIES
