A simple yet tasty vegetarian sandwich ideal for lunchboxes #mylunch
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Spread the chilli sauce on all 4 slices.Add few of the onion slices on 2 slices, add the gherkins then top off with fried chips and peri sauce.
* Step 2
Add the tomato sauce then cheese slices on top of the chips.Close the sandwich with the other 2 slices.Toast the sandwiches till brown, cut and enjoy.
