Celebrate your mom this Mother's day by whipping up this simple and tasty meal.Dosa is an Indian name for crèpes that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or supper #breakfastformom

* Step 1

Prep the yellow potato.Add the oil, onion and jeera seeds in a pot on med heat and fry till onions are light brown. Add the masala,dhanya and jeera powder, mix then add the potatoes, turmeric powder, salt and half cup water.Keep adding water when it dries out. Let the potatoes cook till half done, add the spring onion, chillies if using and little more water if potatoes are dry.Cook till potatoes are done and garnish with chopped dhanya.

Prep the dosa. Preheat the nonstick pan or thawa on med heat. Add the dry ingredients to a bowl, add the butter then milk.Mix to form a smooth batter.When the pan is hot, spread 1 tsp of butter on the pan to prevent sticking(do this for each dosa),pour a scoop of batter(use a ladle) and quickly spread the batter evenly using the back of the ladle.Cook  for 1 min a side or till slightly golden.Place on a papertowel in an air-tight container.

Fill the dosa with the potato filling and serve it with your mom's favourite hot drink
