Braised Spinach `and Potato

Decided to pick spinach from the garden and braise it for our veggie Monday. This was so tasty and enjoyed 👌

Ingredient

1 bunch

spinach

4 Tbs

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut the spinach fine.In a pot add the oil, onions and jeera seeds on med heat and cook till onion is done

* Step 2

Add the tomato and jeera powder let it cook for 5mins. Add the spinach and leave it open for 5 mins. Add the potatoes, salt,garlic and ginger,chillies and bout 1/2 cup water.

* Step 3

Let it cook till potatoes are done and spinach is little dry and enjoy
