Peppermint tart

# fridge tart contest. I learned this recipe from a good friend of mine,she taught me this tart. Yes I may be not the best dessert maker or best baker when I learn something I execute it with great honour to the person who taught me. Thanks Musa for this delicious recipe I did for my family and they loved this tart.

fresh cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preparation and making time 50 minutes

* Step 2

Place the chocolate slab into your deep freezer fridge so that it will be easy to grate it when it hard.

* Step 3

Place the tennis biscuits in a row and ensure that the bottom of the dish is covered completely

* Step 4

In the mixing bowl mix the caramel and mix's until it's smooth

* Step 5

Take the other bowl whisk the cream until it's stiff but do not over whip

* Step 6

Then combine the caramel and whisked cream together

* Step 7

Then spread generously over the tennis biscuits and add another layers of tennis biscuits.

* Step 8

On that layer add another caramel mix on it the spread it evenly on the tennis biscuits

* Step 9

Then grate the chocolate crisp peppermint over the top the place it in the fridge to set for at least an hour or more

* Step 10

Mine was served with custard and cream.
